On Wednesday evening, Melton players Dale and Leah Radford and Phil Millward and ‘Drina Terzza set out to take the club through to the semi-finals in the Mixed County Foursomes. The opposition, Kilworth Springs, brought strong pairings to contest the event and the matches were closely fought. Unfortunately, Kilworth Springs had the measure of the course and with steady play pushed through to a win, with Melton conceding 1 down in the first match and 2 down in the second.
