The fourth round of the Autumn Trophy has been played with twenty eight members taking part in a much more formal competition compared to the last round of two to score on the par four’s, three on the par five’s and all four to score on the par three’s .
The results are as follows
1st Pete Poolan, Mike Benzies, Haydn Snow and Ashley Franklin with 108 points
2nd Steve Harrison, Craig Dawson, Ray Catton and David Hirst with 104 points
3rd Joel Sharpe, Karl Goodacre, Ben Donovan and Andrew Corcoran with 102 points on countback
Two’s Competition: one each from Jon Drennan and Neil Farish
Nearest the Pin on 14th Brendan Boyce.
We have joint leaders Jon Drennan and David Hirst on 35 points for the overall trophy but with two rounds to go there are still a number of players that may be crowned champion.
The final two rounds are scheduled for Sunday 9th March and Sunday 23rd March.
