Lady Captain Sandie Normanton held her Lady Captain’s day on Sunday at MMGC and was certainly blessed with some excellent sunny weather all throughout the day. Everyone was met on the first tee by the starter and ex member Bob Barnes whose wife, Pat, was playing on the day. There was an excellent turnout from all club members and a great day was rounded off by a prize presentation ceremony. Overall winner of the day was Avis Webb with a fantastic 44 points, resulting in a handicap cut for her of 3.7!
