Melton visited Norwood Park on Monday 14 April 2025 hoping to maintain their undefeated tag on really well maintained course in great weather conditions.
Melton started well with Neil Farish and Richard Haines winning the first game 5 and 4. The next three games were all tight, all undecided on the 17th tee, but unfortunately we lost all three before Charlie Chapman and Richard Grieve pulled one back for the visitors with a 2 and 1 win.
The final game went down to the last hole which was lost to give a final result of a 4 – 2 loss against a really strong Norwood team.
Well done to all who participated and a really enjoyable day had by all.
