On Wednesday 28th May, Joshua Emerton, Dee Hughes, Steve Harrison and Nancy Denny visited Charnwood Forest to take part in their first round of the mixed county foursomes. Luckily, the rain kept away, but the course was playing slower than usual due to the previous downpours.
Despite neither of the gents having played at Charnwood before, Joshua and Dee won 4 up and Steve and Nancy ended all square, so MMGC are through to the next round.
