Prior to the departure of our longstanding Office Manager, Alison Cavani, the Management Committee conducted an exhaustive recruitment and selection process over 3 months, and had over 150 applications for the post of Club Manager. One candidiate stood out with his knowledge and experience of general management at a number of golf clubs. He brings an extensive background in catering and golf club management and has held senior positions in a number of golf clubs. We felt that this made him the natural choice and was the best fit for the role at Melton.
