Norwood Park and MMGC senior team members
The perfect start to the season continued on Tuesday April 24th with a convincing win over Norwood Park by 6.5 to 1.5 making it three wins in a row. Despite intermittent showers during the day, some excellent golf was played by both sides. The recent warm weather resulted in lush grass making hitting the fairways important.
Winning pairs were: Bob Luke and Al Terzza (7 and 6), Tom Eadon and Julian Kisiel (6 and 4), Jim McQuillan and Nick McDonald (2 and 1), David Wells and Denis Dayman (7 and 6), Richard Haines and Pete Rayers (4 and 3) and Haydn Snow and Bob Purkis (6 and 5).
