Melton Mowbray Ladies’ section welcomed 3 teams from Luffenham Heath for their third Handicap match of the season. The course is very dry so shots are running very long, but the greens are still in superb condition. Melton Ladies were in their element as they won all three matches: Kate Britton and Nancy Denny won 3 and 1, Alison Savage and Dee Hughes won 2 and 1 and Jackie Ford and Jean Moulds won 3 and 1. The next handicap match is on Thursday 30th July away at Ullesthorpe.
