Twenty seven ladies joined the Lady President, Nancy Denny, on Wednesday 18th June on a gloriously sunny day with the course looking in exceptional condition. Twenty four ladies played 18 holes and three played an ‘informal’ 9 holes. There was a choice of refreshments at the Halfway House including fresh fruit and homemade ice cream and Pimms to keep morale up and hopefully improve performance on the back nine! This was followed by lunch in the clubhouse where we were joined by others who had been unable to play – thank you to everyone who came and enjoyed the day.
The overall winner of the Lady President’s Salver was Jackie Ford with a nett 68 – congratulations to her (especially as she filled in a vacant slot at the last minute).

Winner in the silver division was Dawn Potts and in the bronze division was Carol Spiers. Runners up were Kate Britton in silver and Chris Hall in bronze.
Jackie Fisher won least number of putts with 29 and ‘Drina Terzza had lowest score on the four corners.
