The home return match against Norwood Park took place in bright sunshine on Tuesday 20 May 2025 in great playing conditions.
Revenge was sweet against the only team that had beaten us this season thus far with a fine 3 ½ – 2 ½ win.
Winning pairs were Richard Haines and Bob Purkis (4 & 2), Steve Martin and Joe Carrington (7 & 6) and Mick Cavani and Brian Wray (2 & 1), with the crucial ½ point coming from JP O’Reilly and Charlie Chapman.
