On Friday 24th April, MMGC Ladies hosted the return match against Southwell GC. Two weeks earlier in Round 1, the MMGC ladies had posted a defeat of 5-2 at Southwell, so had it all to do.
The event is a played over seven singles matches which all have to record a result – no draws allowed. On a lovely sunny day, all matches were hard fought, but the Melton ladies posted 6 wins on the day which took the aggregate score to 8-6 in Melton’s favour. Well played and we look forward to the next round.
