On a warm sunny April day, the mixed team travelled to Whetstone Golf Club for their first match of the season.
The game was played in greensomes format with 8 pairs in each team. We were pleased to welcome Di Cave and Keith Forrester who were playing in their first mixed matches. There were several close games but in the end, Melton were well beaten by an inspired
Whetstone team who won all the matches.
