On Friday 29th May, MMGC hosted Spalding, Greetham Valley and Belton Woods in a four way ladies’ friendly and for the second time in four years, the Melton ladies came out on top. Teams of 4 players, one from each club, record an individual Stableford score and the total score from all 8 players determines the winning team.
All 8 ladies from Melton scored 30 points or more. Top scorer was Jackie Fisher with 40 points. Both Dee Hughes and Nancy Denny birdied the 16th while Alison Savage, Lady Captain, birdied the 18th. The total aggregate score was 273.
